Thank you so much for choosing Veranline! Every phone case we make is custom-created just for you, and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your order.
Custom Orders
Since all of our phone cases are custom-made, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds if:
•You selected the wrong phone model
•You changed your mind after placing the order
•You requested changes after production has started
Please take a moment to double-check your order details before checking out we want everything to be perfect for you!
Damaged or Broken Cases
Your satisfaction means everything to us.
If your case arrives damaged or broken, please contact us directly after receiving your package.
Here’s what to do:
•Email us at info@veranline.com with your order number
•Attach clear photos showing the damage
Once we receive your email and review the damage, we’ll gladly send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items a free replacement will be provided instead.
Important Reminders
•Returns are only accepted for damaged cases upon arrival.
•We cannot process returns for wrong model selection, design changes, or change of mind.
•Refunds in the form of money cannot be issued only a replacement will be sent for approved claims.
