How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed the same day if placed before 16:00 CET (Amsterdam time) on working days. Since all items are printed on demand, production begins immediately after your order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to nearly every country. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using trusted international carriers and packaged with eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order when you choose either Tracked Shipping or Express Shipping at checkout. Both options include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and help resolve it promptly. For faster assistance, have your order number and tracking information (if applicable) ready.

Are your cases compatible with MagSafe accessories?

Yes! Several of our cases, including the Hybrid Phone Case and some Tough Phone Cases, are MagSafe compatible. This allows for easy attachment to MagSafe chargers and accessories, making your daily phone use more convenient.

How protective are your cases against drops and scratches?

Our cases offer reliable protection tailored to different lifestyles. The Hybrid and Tough Phone Cases feature dual-layer designs with shock-absorbing interiors and hard shells for superior drop and impact resistance. Our Soft Cases provide flexible yet durable TPU protection against daily scratches and minor drops. Plus, reinforced corners on some styles add extra defense.

Are any of your cases environmentally friendly?

Yes, we offer a Biodegradable Case made from a blend of wheat straw and TPU. This eco-friendly option protects your phone while naturally breaking down in moist environments within 18 to 24 months, helping reduce plastic waste without compromising on durability.

What is your return policy?

Since all our phone cases are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you select the wrong phone model, change your mind after ordering, or request changes after production has started. Please double-check your order details before checkout to ensure everything is perfect!

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer exchanges for changes in model or design after the order is placed because all cases are custom-made. However, if your case arrives damaged or broken, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement once you contact us with photos of the damage.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your phone case arrives damaged or broken, please email us at info@veranline.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage. After we review your claim, we’ll send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost. Please note, we don’t offer cash refunds only replacements for damaged items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, DigiD, Klarna, Bankcontact, Paypal And other secure payment methods at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment, we don’t offer gift cards, but we’re always exploring new ways to make your shopping experience even better. Stay tuned!

Are there any discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk or wholesale orders. Contact us for more details.

Should I send the payment confirmation?

No. You don’t need to confirm your payment or send your payment receipt to us. Our system will change your payment status automatically once you pay your order.
